The SS Badger Carferry Experience
The S.S. Badger travels between Manitowoc and Ludington, MI daily from spring to fall. The 410′ coal-fired passenger steamship is the last one in operation in the United States.

Public Transportation
Maritime Metro Station
Take the bus to take you through Manitowoc and Two Rivers! The Metro Station is located in downtown Manitowoc and only a one-mile walk from the S.S. Badger!
Routes 2, 3, 4, and 6 meet at the metro station every 30 minutes. Need to reach Two Rivers? Route 2 connects with Route 1 every 60 minutes. Bus passes are available per fare, per day, or monthly to suit your needs.
