Join Skamp the Monkey on his adventure by searching the Youth Resource Hub for fun facts about some organizations in Manitowoc County.
Fill out one of the contest forms below and answer all of the questions correctly to be entered into a drawing for one of several prizes!

Contest Submission Form

If you are signed in to your Google Account, your progress will be automatically saved, even if you close the window. After you submit your answers, you will be be able to see which of your answers are incorrect. You can make corrections on the form in order to get all of the correct answers.
The web form will open in a new tab. Keep the tab open to collect your answers. If you close the form without hitting “submit”, your answers will not be saved. After you have submitted your answers, you will not be able to see if you got them all correct, so make sure you have looked carefully!

Skamp is hidden on location at participating organizations across Manitowoc County! Can you find him? Take a selfie showing the Skamp poster at two different organizations and submit them here to be entered into the raffle for a chance to win $200!

CONTEST RULES
Only one contest entry allowed per person. Contest submissions must be completed with no incorrect answers by the deadline in order to be eligible to win a prize.
RAFFLE RULES
Only one raffle entry allowed per person.
By entering the raffle, you agree to allow Healthiest Manitowoc County, Coolest Coast Wisconsin, and the Youth Resource Hub to use the submitted photos.
SUBMISSIONS
Entries for the contest and raffle will be accepted from May 26 – June 30, 2023.
You can enter the contest using either the Google Form or Web Form. For raffle entries, submit your photos in the form in the pink box.
PRIZES
You will be notified if you win a prize. Contest prizes are given out on a first come, first serve basis. Only one contest prize per winner.
